Lydney - Bath

Today we went to Lydney/Bream, crossed into Wales and then back into Gloucester to meet up with some of my family. It was lovely meeting Jane and Andrew Watts and getting a tour of Priors Lodge, parts of the house dated back 400 years. Some parts of the house and grounds are listed as heritage. Great hospitality.

We then went on to Bath and spent the afternoon checking out the Roman Baths. What an amazing find and restoration of these ancient baths. Bath is a great place to visit, so much history here.
