A fair maiden and pirateA fair maiden and pirateA fair maiden and pirate

But which one's which?!
It's Friday night and it was my last day of work today, feels kinda weird but in a good, exciting way, knowing our big adventure is just round the corner! Anyway, Michael and I took it in turns to add paragraphs to the poem below - can you guess who wrote what?! (clue: M wrote the romantic lines!) Fx

Oh won't it be great to stay out late, To continue the party
how I just can't wait, To leave far behind this dim and dismal shore, To
taste places we've never seen before

Let's go west to a land that's free, and independent, like you and me. A
land so big and vast, full of promise and contrast. If we can make it
there, we can make it anywhere! So pack your bags and let's take to the
air.

We'll cross a great ocean and start in the east.
With wonders aplenty for the eyes to feast.
For pleasure we go and pleasure there'll be, When two star-crossed lovers
fly over the sea

Arrive in New England, where it all began, like those before us, in
search of new land. See the colours in the Fall, the spectacular trees,
coming alive with their colourful leaves. Time to relax and breathe the
fresh air, not quite believing that we really are there!

In a land of discovery and adventures galore, The Sun beckons us to the
South we explore, An apple, a key, a touch of romance, perhaps We'll mark
our hearts across all the maps!
