Hey everyone,

Sorry it's been so long since we posted - we have a terrible time giving up time for internet instead of touring.....so here goes.

We've been through Rome. It was hot, busy, and hard for us to get around. Brenda and Kaela really appreciated the sun. However, the sun didn't settle too well on Kaela - she apparently got some skin sensitivity from her meds and got severely burned on her hands and nose. We ended up going to a hopital in Rome where she got treated with an IV and some gellatto. Of course this cut into our tour time but we still made it to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Colloseum, Palatine Hill, and the Vatican. We had one interesting evening trying to get back to our hotel after touring around town. We got on the bus from hell, which apparently loops back to hell. When I asked the bus driver how to get to Termini Station (near our hotel), he told us to get off at the next stop. We were then left at 11:00pm directly in the middle of nowhere. We did manage to catch another bus (with some help) and got back

We all had a great day at "Warick" castle.
by about 11:40. Needless to say, after the heat and language barriers, I was glad we were heading for England soon.

We've been in England for most of a week now. Driving on the left hasn't been too much trouble (except once when I turned right, into 'my' lane and Kaela 'politely' pointed out the oncoming traffic in our lane). I have also gotten a bit fed up with the roundabout system so I have taken to going over them if they're painted on the ground. Our two days in London were great. The busses and subway are so much more organized, and "intense". We were able to get around pretty well and we got to the Tower of London, British Museum, Science Museum, London Bridge and the Globe Theater. Kaela and Brenda were also able to spend some time just shopping - they both thought that was great.

Well - I guess that's about all for now. We'll be in Germany next week and we'll try to get at least one more post up.

Love you (if you're family)
Miss you all
Peace out dog........

Stonehenge in the evening was all we had hoped (but Kaela and Brenda nearly froze to death).

We all loved it here. We got a glimpse of the British understatement when we heard the couple behind us say "Shall we have a look about the house?"
