So, with the car hire now booked, we are finally ready to go! All we need to do now is survive the next four months before getting a break from working! Got to love bookings.com. Made it sooo easy to sort out accomodation. We've found what look like some pretty decent places to stay (some apartments, some basic B&Bs and some more flash looking hotels). We've planned as follows, although God knows it will probably change again... 4th July - fly from Heathrow to Salzberg. Spend a few hours pootling round and eating lunch, before catching the train to Zagreb. The journey is about 7 hours long and is meant to have amazing scenery to take in along the way.
