In this one I plan to relate my amazing final full day in the country, taking in some seriously beautiful places of nature around the capital, as well as the day of my journey home on the Thursday of hal... Lovely last day
Thanks Lori - I really enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of Sweden, what a lovely country! I'm indeed excited about the planning of my next two trips :D

Back to Nature
You've planned a well balanced trip. Thanks for showing us all this beauty. It is always a pleasure to visit in off season.

Balanced Trip
Indeed, I feel it was a well-balanced trip - city, history and natural beauty - Sweden seems to have plenty of all :)

Didn't see that one coming
I suspected that there was one more blog coming from your trip in Sweden. I didn't know what to expect but Tyresö was not on my list of potential places. But you proove a point I have known for decades - you can go almost anywhere in Sweden and find really cool and interesting places worth visiting. I've made many stops in random places and come out happy that I went there. /Ake

Unexplored Sweden
Haha! Indeed, I don't think there were many other international tourists in Tyresö during my time there. I even created a new TB location for it - yay! It is lovely to read that you can find amazing places pretty much anywhere in your beautiful country. I have a feeling I may return again to other places to see more! :D

Taking Time to Enjoy the Natural World
I've enjoyed reading your blogs about your time in Sweden. It's great that you could enjoy nature in such peace and solitude which isn't always possible. Although we live in the suburbs, not too long ago we had a beaver family living in the retention pond across from our house and one by one tree saplings were felled to build their dam -- I liked it but apparently the city did not. Really like how you were able to visit the filming location for the video of your favorite ABBA song for a very special personal experience. You mentioned upcoming trips and I wonder if they are still on, and if so where are you off to?

Natural World
Thank you for your lovely and encouraging comment Sylvia. I really did enjoy the natural beauty of Sweden, as well as its urbanscapes, history and people. Thank you for your comment on my visit to the Abba video location - this meant such a lot to me as the song was very much a childhood theme for me. Indeed, I had planned a ten-day trip to California in April which is certainly off the cards now, and I'm also really not too sure about my summer trip to South Africa... I'm sorry to hear also that your trip to the Azores and Portugal is also off. I understand that when all this is over, we will all appreciate travel, and many other things, like we've never appreciated them before. Thanks for your wishes on your response to my comment on your blog, all is well with me thanks and I hope you are staying well and healthy too.
