Up early again this morning. We had breakfast at the Refugio this morning. What a treat! It was wonderful, we got served and the food was great! Such a change from eating on the road. We left Pamplona about 7, it was still dark and we headed out by the Citadel, it was beautiful.

Me and Armando fell behind everyone else quite early on, which was perfect as I wasn't really that keen on walking with a big loud group. It was a perfect day, we just walked and talked. It was mostly through beautiful Spanish countryside to start, then we started the uphill trek. At the top we met the others and they told us they had booked a Refugio at Puenta la Reina with a swimming pool and then they carried on walking. At the top was the a
Alto de Perdon - the Pilgram Monument.

In the afternoon it started getting really hot and toward the end I was really tired. Once we hit Puente la Reina we met Tobias and Mirkosch who were waiting to show us where the Refugio is. At that point Armando took my bag off me. A little more walking and we were at our place. Shower, swim and then hung out with everyone. Pilgrams dinner at 7 and then no doubt we'll hang some more and then sleep.
