Travel to SPAIN

It is 10 AM on June 12 and in the immortal words of Peter,Paul and Mary "all my bags are packed and I am ready to go" Unfortunately we do not leave until Friday!

Spain is in turmoil today with significant financial problems. Fortunately Spain needs the tourist dollar so I expect we will be treated as a source of income and therefore will be most welcome. The Euro is falling, so at least our money will spend well!

Once again we are joining Trafalgar Tours and will be visiting the following beautiful locations:

Barcelona, Valencia, Granada, Costa del Sol, Rock of Gibraltar,Seville, Lisbon, Fatima Shrine, Salamanca, and finally Madrid.

We have three goals: See everything, Eat everything and Drink everything.

On this trip Cathy and I will be joined by our older son Rick and his lovely bride Alla. This will be a great adventure.

Well the planning is done. We have our euros in hand, fresh passports, KLM flights booked and seats chosen. All that is left is departure on Friday. We are ALLL looking forward to this exciting vacation; a welcome change from the drudgery of work.
