Friday was sunny and gorgeous. Perfect weather for checking out Spain's Costa Brava (the wild coast). After our delicious breakfast in a cozy setting at our hotel, we drove down to Sa Tuna and parked. We tried to walk to Aiguafrada. I'm not sure if we got there or not. But every beach is gorgeous, and there is walkway built between them.

Around noon we went back to our hotel and up to the castle. We also went to the town of Pals this day, and to more gorgeous beaches in the Begur area. Sorry I can't name them all - you can't go wrong on a beach in this area! We were almost always alone or practically alone, as this was off-season, but we were blessed with sunny skies!

At one beach we had a picnic after finding a grocery store in a small town. I love picnics! Especially on deserted beaches! And we also had a drink on a different beach after visiting Pals. I don't remember where else we went after that - another little town and some more beaches, I guess!
