Costa del Sol - Marbella

Having realised our screen problem was likely to take some time to resolve we decided to press on to Marbella rather than make the journey there a two stage event as planned.

A five hour drive ended at Camping Cabapino located between Fuengirola and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. It sits back from the main A7 road ( where buses can be caught in either direction along the coast ) and close to Puerto Cabapino , a small harbour with a selection of bars and restaurants.

The site offers a good choice of activities even though out of season.
We took advantage - Target Shooting ( air rifle ), Rollerblading, Archery, Climbing and Abseiling plus Spanish lessons and Line Dancing.

Here we met Bill and Carole again ! ( having bumped into them at sites further up the coast ) and with the local sports bar a short walk away Bill and I were able to share our mutual interest in Beer and Football.
