La Feria Celebration

A couple of days ago we went to the Feria celebration in downtown Malaga, followed by a corrida de toros (bull fight). It was a very fun and eventful day, if not a little exhausting. We drank too much Malaguenen wine - a sweet white wine, danced, and listened to the various flamenco bands and groups of women dressed in Sevillana serenade the masses with traditional songs. This was really cool as all 3 toreros (bullflighters) stepped into the ring at the beginning with their respective entourages of matadores and picadores.

Apologies in advance to anyone sensitive to this, but I just loved the stance of the torero (in purple) after he placed the sword and is waiting on the bull to fall.
