Two fifty somethings that have just sold their house and got rid of pretty much all of their 'stuff' to start a new phase of their lives.
Not really sure what comes next or where we are headed but we both know it's time to break out of the circle of work/house/work/house etc. Life just seems too valuable and far too short to quietly relax into retirement over the coming 14 years.

Groebeek Yes the little chalet type place is what we're living in for our first month away. It's in a meadow to the back of the hosts house and is just great. Private and quiet and exactly what we were after. Booked through Airbnb so a brilliant start. they've lent us a couple of bikes so we are cycling everywhere and of course Holland has the best cycle paths in the world.
