Stopped in Bari, Italy, which I have been through to catch a ferry to Greece. This time, spent the day wandering through the old town and looking at pasta. Went to St Nickaleus church, where his remains are said to be in a crypt. Then went to a street where ladies are making pasta out of flour and water, and then drying it. Very interesting and really wanted to try some. There was a marathon going on, so it made it hard to cross streets and go places. However, was interesting watching some of the runners and the police zooming up and down with lights flashing.
