The best way to experience Venice is to wander the streets, admiring its many attractive campos (small squares), churches and other buildings that appear around every corner, watch the comings and goings of the various boats as you cross the canals by the myriad of bridges and discuss navigation with the other tourists who are just as lost as yourselves. Today with the help of the vaporetto we did just that and had a wonderful time exploring several areas of the city and visiting the places shown in the photos.

Our time in Venice ended in the perfect way with a ride up the Grand Canal as the disk fell.
