Nice to Monaco

My first entry into the blog on my trip from the UK to China via the old Silk Road.

Departed from Nice campsite in the morning. Set the SatNav for Monaco which is about 20km away or half an hour drive on the A8.



Monaco is definitely a rich man's playground. Lots of sun, sea, yatchs and marinas. Too rich for me, I just drove through Monaco and left in a hurry. Next stop was Genova in Italy, again another 30 minutes drive. Entered into Italy without any drama or border guards.

Looked for a campsite at 3.30pm and the SatNav took me to 'Villagio Die Fiori' in San Remo.
