Stu and Barb go to Italy

We arrive in Venice and it was gorgeous!

The canals, the slightly crooked buildings - all of it wonderful! We took a vaparetto from the airport to Palazzo Bembo where we had to hunt to find out room. It was a darling place. We walked up the crooked stairs in the dark and felt our way around until we got our key (which had a large beautiful silk tassle attached to it) and found our room. We arrived to our room and opened up the charming shutter windows and heard romantic music below from an accordian player in the courtyard. It was so wonderful I thought I was in a movie!
