For a travelling day, today went very smoothly.
Local train to La Spezia, then a train to Florence and a walk to the hotel.
Had a shower, then a walk over the Pont Vecchio.
Dinner at Quattro Leoni - procuitto and melon, grilled chicken and pasta.
Sunset photo's on the way home.
Kate woke up feeling crook, last nights chicken not sitting well.
We went to the Academy to see the statue of David, he is breath taking.
Kate curled up in a ball taking drugs, while Derek went on the afternoon walking tour around Florence.
Kate woke up the next morning feeling washed out, but ready to travel to Chianti.
