Zafferana-Etna-Paterno-Randazzo

This bird woke us up. This bird woke us up. This bird woke us up.

I don't know the english name, mabye it is Jay, however, on Latin- Garrulus glandarius and sweedish -Nötskrika.
Hello! This has been a very long day- and night. It was freezing cold during the night, well, a blanket and a towel is probably not enough to keep warm! My feet were frozen solid. A bird woke us up, it screamed just outside of the car, it was really cute. But however, we went up until the road started to go back down again. There was this cablecar to the top of Etna, but when we walk inside to the cablecar and asked how much it would cost it turned out that it would cost 56 euros!!!! including cablecar, bus and guide to the top.. Well, it's really not a trip for students wich not got plenty of time to hike up to the very summit. Well, we decided to just walk around to some craters nearby to taste the volcanic landscape. it turned out to be one of the most beautiful sights during the whole trip! It was really amazing, though, the summit would have been really cool, but I would never have paid so much when (almoast) the same thing is to bee seen for free just some steps away! You could really see where the lava have

made it's way trough the landscape. And then it happened, my camera runs out of battery! but when we got back down again I walked inside of a resturant and asked if I could reload the battery there and it was okay. When we got down we asked some sicilian people where there were orange trees. Unfortunately the oranges had been picked in december, but there was a lot of flowers on the trees now. So we went to Niclosi and Paternó to see the trees. it was beautiful, but almost no oranges. Now we are in Randazzo trying to get some sleep, but it is not easy when there's heavy rain and strong winds smashing against the car.. buonanotte..
