So, we've now visited all 5 towns of the Cinque Terre, and we even hiked the only trail that was open today. We are tired. The End. Though we are very tired, I'll still write this thing. Also, for those who don't know, the name of this area is pronounced "Cheenkway Terray." We slept in this morning. And really in. I didn't get up until after 9:30, at which point I really felt like I was on vacation. It was so nice, and I'm pretty sure that's the latest I've slept since I left America. One of things that I do miss is a good breakfast at the hotel - this hotel doesn't have one. So we have to forage for what we can once we leave the hotel. Olly Murs blasts through the room singing Troublemaker at 7.15am this morning! The only song that gets me up in the morning! We thought wed better switch it off so we didnt wake everyone in the building so unfortunately didn't get the full wake up experience necessary for me in the mornings! But even so, we got us cos Ivo had told us last night that we needed to get a train to Levanto before 9am when the trains were beginning their strike for the day, and the last train out of Vernazza before 9 was 8.15am. So up we got and struggled a bit with our packs going down the ridiculously steep flights of stairs out of Ivo's but made it and even found some coffee and croissants to take with us to the station. ... read more

Geo: 44.1363, 9.68502 GUN 12 günlerden ÇARŞAMBA Trenimiz geldi Corniglia- Vernazza arası çok yakın . Vernazza'da indik. Sahile vardığımızda, millet denize giriyor. Ayşeciğim bankta oturmuş, bizi bekliyor.... Bir bakışta gördüm onu.. Gün batımının saati yaklaşıyor . En öndeki Cafe yi gözümüze kestirdik. Kendimize stratejik bir yer bulduk ve ilk şişe şarabımızı ısmarlayıp günün dönmesini bekliyoruz. Turhan durmadı tabi, yanına iştah açıcı bir sürü yiyecek eklendi. Yiyecek geldi, şarap bitti. Şarap geldi,yiyecek bitti... Millet burada efendi gibi oturuyor ve herkes kibar ,kibar bir küçük kadeh şarap veya benzeri bir meşrubat tüketiyor . Maşallah,bizim gibi böyle aile boyu litrelik şarap ısmarlayan yok . Biz ikinci litreliği ısmarlayınca, artık garson "esas müşteri"sinin kim olduğunu anladı.. ... read more
