Here comes the rain and wind ,but myself and my husband decided to visit Gap Of Dunloe. Started our trip in a tour bus which took us to Ross Castle where there will be boat which will take us to Gap of Dunloe. It was a small speed boat. Had 10 to 12 tourists in that boat including us. We started our journey in the boat around 11 a.m. with a tour guide who was the boat driver as well. We had to pass through 3 lakes of Killarney which was really a scenic route between the mountains ,rocks and small narrow passages. As the rain was lashing out the tides in the lakes were heavy and was hitting on our boat. It was cold as well. I was bit afraid, but still enjoyed the beauty of the lakes and nature. The boat trip was for one and a half hour . Around 1 p.m. we reached at the start of Gap Of Dunloe where there was a lovely cottage cafe from where we all had hot tea and soups.

After having a small break we had our jaunting cars ready to take us through the Gap Of Dunloe which was 13 km long. Two of the tourists decided to walk ,but rest of us took the jaunting cars. We passed through long narrow routes between the highest mountains in Ireland . It was mind blowing. The air was so fresh that we didn't felt any tiredness. In our jaunting car ,we had another tourist who had come from Germany to see the place. He told that this is his Fifth time here and he really likes this place. The car took us through the black valley where they get no sunshine during the year. We also saw the deepest lake in Ireland which was 20 meters in depth . The whole route was very beautiful and refreshing. It's worth a visit and we really enjoyed the tour.
