Our last trip led us to Ireland, moreover to three main regions: Galway and its surroundings (a lovely, very charming city), Inch Beach on the Dingle Peninsula (a great place to relax and calm down), and Dublin (either you love it or you hate it...). We saw broken wing mirrors and people in cars who were scared to death by those huge coaches which passed them.

This portal tomb is probably between 5000 and 6000 years old!

We visited it on our way from Galway to the Connemara National Park. Although it served also as an Graveyard, no more funerals are carried out there. An old lady from the nearby town is the last person who can be laid to rest in Ross Errily Castle.

The abbey itself is only partly accessible to the public, because currently there are still nuns living and teaching there.

Waiting for the bus from Annascaul to Inch, and waiting and waiting. The bus went only 5 times a day, 2 times operated by Bus Eirrean, 3 times by Go Coach.
