I had a very relaxing day yesterday as 4.5 hours were spent on the train. On my train from Belfast to Dublin I met a local Dubliner. She was an architect and had been working for the day in Belfast. She was a wealth of knowledge about many things. She offered to share her taxi with me as my hostel was on the way. The best part was that she was expensing the taxi so it was free! Alice and the taxi driver got in a great discussion about life in Northern Ireland during the uprising. She was from the north so had personal stories to share. It was unbelievable what people went through.

Got to my hostel and wandered the city for a while. Nancy's friend, Kevin, arrived this morning for the concert. He flew 16 hrs from Seattle to get here. Craziness! What is even crazier is that he leaves tomorrow.

So many people are here for the concerts. In three days, 240 000 people will see U2. Wow. The newspaper said people are coming from as far away as American and Japan to see U2. I cannot imagine.
