(dia 1)
He aprovechado la mañana para hacer colada y secadora, echar el correo y demas. El imprmeable sigue bastante cochino incluso despues de haber pasado por la lavadora, asi que le he aplicado una sesion de cepillo y jabon quitamanchas en los peores sitios y ha quedado un poco mejor. No merece la pena esforzarse mucho porque con ese color se nota la mierda enseguida. En una semana estara igual otra vez. Al menos no doy tanto la nota en el aeropuerto. Tengo un pedal que da chasquidos, me temo que en el viaje en el autobus algo le ha pasado. He intentad repararlo pero no he conseguido hacer nada. A ultima hora he reservado noche en el hostal por 3000 y pico coronas, porque el dia 16 por la noche hara frío, y ademas asi me da tiempo a preparar la caja con la bici con tranquilidad.
(dia 2)
Esta mañana el pedal ya no chasqueaba, suongo que por el aceite que le puse ayer, el rodamiento que se hubiese salido ha vuelto a su lugar, de todas maneras he conseguido unos pedales baratos (solo 500 coronas - 3 euros) para tener de repuesto, ya que en cualquier momento se pueden fastidiar de nuevo. Como el aceite les ha hecho bien, como precacion he limpiado los dos pedales bien y los he engrasado todo lo que he podido. Estaban llenos de arenilla y pelos de oveja. He conseguido tmbien una caja muy maja para embalar mi bici, y ya la tengo guardada a mi nombre en el trastero del camping. Llueve a cántaros, asi que hoy me quedo aqui e intento mantener todo seco.
(dia 3)
Sigue lloviendo, a las 8 de la mañana el campo donde estaba estaba ligeramente encharcado. Asi que hoy nada de irme a dar una vuelta, que sino se me moja todo y para no ver nada no merece la pena. Por la mañana al Landesbankinn, los que me pillaron la tarjeta, ya me conocen alli, a cambiar las coronas islandesas sobrantes por dolares canadienses,. Con eso llego con cash a canada, que puede ser muy util, y me evito cambir dinero en el aeropuerto, que puede ser bastante caro. Al mediodia he recogido y limpiado la tienda, he hecho el check in en el hostel de al lado del camping y a la tarde he empacado la bici y mis dos piezas de equipaje, me he desecho del combustible y de las cosas peligrosas tambien. Hoy duermo en cama como las personas y mañana la mediodia autobus para el eropuerto.
(dia 4)
Por la mañana desayuno pausado y luego he estado ayudando a uno de bilbao a desmontar y empaquetar su bici. Para el mediodia estaba todo listo, asi que a gastar las ultimas coronas y al autobus. Luego en el aeropuerto a esperar un par de horas tomando cafes con el compañero de bilbao y al embarque. He pasado el primer control y ya estoy en tierra de nadie. Durante el vuelo, al tener ventanilla del lado derecho he tenido vistas de Groenlandia. Hay un viejo dicho islandes "En Groenlandia es peor", que dicen cuando les dices que algo es islandia es malo (el tiempo, el invierno, los precios). Luego aeropuerto de Halifax, pasar inmigracion y acarrear mis trastos hasta la estacion de autobus. La autobusera ha sido tan amable como para dejarme a 20m del hostal, aunque no era parada alli. Alli me ha atendido el encargado nocturno y he dormido en un edificio algo ruinoso y con cierto olor a hierba.

(Day 1)
I used the morning to do laundry and dryer, do the mail and others. The rain coat still pretty dirty even after having gone through the washing machine, so I've applied a brush and cleaning soap in the worst places and has been a little better. Not worth it to work harder on it because that color is noticed immediately dirty. In a week will be the same again. At least not be too dirty in the airport. I have a pedal that makes some bad noise, I fear that the trip on the bus something has happened. Try to repair it but I have not gotten any improvements. A last minute I booked night at the hostel for about 3000 crowns, because the 16th will make cold night, and also so it gives me time to set up the box with the bike with ease.
(Day 2)
This morning the pedal was ok again, I suppose that I put oil yesterday, and some bearing has returned to its place, anyway I got some cheap pedals (only 500 crowns - 3 euros) to have spare one because anytime it can start again. As oil has made them well, as I cleaned both pedals well and I greased as much as I could. They were full of dust and sheep hair. I got very nice box to pack my bike, and I have stored it with my name in the storeroom of the campsite. It pours, so today I'm here and I try to keep everything dry.
(Day 3)
Still raining at 8 am, and the field here is slightly waterlogged. So today no go for a ride, it will be all wet and no sight at all, therefore is not worth it. In the morning I went in the Landesbankinn, they already know me there because of the card, to change the remaining ISK for Canadian dollars. With that I will be going with some cash to Canada, which can be very useful, and I avoid change money at the airport, which can be quite expensive. At noon I pick up and cleaned the tent, I had checked in at the hostel next to the campsite and in the evening I packed the bike and my two pieces of luggage, I get rid of fuel and dangerous things too. Today I sleep in bed like the persons and at noon tomorrow I got on the airport bus.
(Day 4)
Morning leisurely breakfast and then I've been helping one of fellow cyclist from Bilbao to dismantle and pack his bike. By noon everything was ready, so spend the last crowns and the bus. Then at the airport to wait a couple of hours taking cafes with my friend of Bilbao and borading. I go through the first control and I'm in no man's land. During the flight, having right-side window I had sight of Greenland. There is an old Icelandic say "In Greenland is worse", they say when you tell them something is iceland is bad (weather, winter, prices). After Halifax, pass immigration and carry my stuff to the bus station. The bus driver has been kind enough to leave me at 20m from the hostel, though not scheduled stop was there. There I have been attended the night guard and I slept on a somewhat ruinous building with a certain smell of grass.
