We left Itea at 6:55 AM on September 25th with 2’ waves and clear skies as we were headed to the Corinth Canal today. You must call the canal authorities when you are near the entrance in order to find out when you will be given permission to go through the canal. Never a care in the world to worry you...until
What a wonderful trip you have...seemingly as always. I appreciate this trip was before the Covid-19 gripped the globe, so I do not wish to disturb the flow as your blogs head from Greece to Turkey. However, as this issue is so current, please allow me to enquire. Will future blogs deal with how life at sea copes with the threat of pandemic?

Hi David - thanks as always for following along as well as your comments - yes, as the dates show this was from last Fall as I am working on catching up as I got so far behind. We are currently in the US and can't get back to the boat and even if we could, no boats are allowed to move in or out of countries right now. It is a good suggestion that I should put something together about the situation now. We are fortunate that a couple of years ago we bought a house again so we at least have a base here. We are happy to be close to my mother here as well right now. Again, thanks for checking in - stay well yourself and hope that we all can enjoy our travels again.
