Road/Track/Sea Trippin'

We began our series of long trips with the RV, having to drive it back to Rome to return it. We spent about 9 hours on the road. We then caught the train the day after to Bari, which was 6 hours. Then the next day after we caught a ferry from Bari to Igoumenitsa, in Greece, which took about 9 hours also. So we had a series of long, painful and sleepless trips in a row. So I am now in Greece! We are in Lefkada. There are too many bugs inside the house for my liking, but the views here are pretty great. We drove through a lot of beautiful mountains, but that was also the cause of my almost throwing up a couple times in the car on the way from the port to the house. 😊 anyway. Our ferry came in at about 6am local time and what would have been 5am Italy time, so we woke up about an hour before that too. So I can say I was very tired when we got to the house, even after another 4 hours at about 11am, on top of the 3 hours that I got on the boat. Oh well. Hope everyone is good back home. 😊 x
