It's been a few days since I've updated my blog. It had been rainy and dreary here so wasn't so much to update. Just a few highlights from late last week were a bike ride to the little restaurant we discovered in the woods at the beginning of our time here and then dinner at Johannes and Martina's home. By the time Friday came, Ralf's "Disaster Manager" role was easing up a bit and he made some plans for us to stay at a very special hotel not far from here in the Erzgebirge region. When we arrived Friday afternoon, the sun was shining and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous.
