The annual Bremen Music Festival was on this weekend. It is 3 days of Jazz, Swing, Rock and Roll and old people. The city streets were full of 'the older generation' enjoying live music and sipping wine and beer.

We decided to stroll into town and check it out - see what all the crowds were for. So these are a few pictures from the days events, in particular the parade that came down the centre shopping strip, which was a showcase of old cars and a jamboree.

And being a Sunday in Germany, usually all the shops are closed. But today, amazingly enough shop owners had brunch early and opened their doors for the crowds.

So we decided to go and window shop a little and have a quick brows in some shops.
It was in Saturn that we made an amazing discovery, as you can see in the photos. The have come up with fridges that have a beer tap on the door and space inside to store a keg. A typical German idea as you can imagine. Us Aussies put television screens in our fridges and they put beer taps. :D

Enjoy!

On tap and chilled! On tap and chilled!
On tap and chilled!

Only in Germany would you find a fridge that has a beer tap on the front. Classic!
And for the keg...And for the keg...
And for the keg...

Of course your gonna need to keep the keg chilled. These Germans have thought of everything!
