We went to opening weekend of Oktoberfest 2008! It is a HUGE event here as everyone already knows. We were in Garmisch for the weekend and stopped in Munich on the way home to spend the afternoon at Oktoberfest. Romas insisted on waiting until we arrived to change into his clothes...he didn't want to be seen in his lederhosen in the hotel. Instead he ended up trying to change in the car with about 100 people walking by. Very poor planning!!

Our Journey

Romas and I have been living in Germany for three years and now we've been extended!! We are here at least another year or two! We love to travel and explore. We've seen a lot already and can't wait to see more!! With a baby on the way, we may be slowing down (temporarily, at least!) We're a little behind in updating our blog.
