A day along the coast

After a late start to our day we headed off the the seaside village of Bages. Early in the day you can see flamingos feeding in the lagoons nearby. We slept thru that!! We enjoyed a stroll through the village and lovely lunch in a little square in town. From Bages we drove along the coast to another village called Peyriac de Mer. It was a pretty sleepy place but we checked out a 12th century church and cemetery. We then headed back to Narbonne where along the way we stopped at a huge shopping centre for groceries for our dinner.
