A definite autumnal feel to the day when I opened the Tandy door to check the weather this morning. More leaves on the ground and the campsite grass was very damp. Had a lovely visitor just across the river, a massive Grey Heron who perched himself on a tree trunk and sat watching the river waiting for his breakfast to swim past. We made a leisurely start as only had the small town and its chateau to visit. I totally confused Bob once we were in the town as he, having forgotten his watch, relied on me for a time check.
