Not 2 euros per kg, 2 euros for the tray!
We were a bit sad handing over our lovely key at The Grand Hotel. It had character, like the rest of the place. In a more practical sense, it was too big and heavy to lose and it always worked! The cat who was the real boss at reception didn't want us to go either, it seemed, so it sat on our invoice until the receptionist shooed it away affectionately. were very tempted by the chickens and lamb shanks at the roti stand, but our biggest bargain was our peaches. No-one can believe this weather in June - we've had days and days over 30 degrees. I'm not complaining yet, I do love a bit of Summer and I've been hoping for warm weather. Bring it on!
