Edit Blog Post

Just had a shower after shovelling 4 Tonnes of sheep manure.
We staying on an organic (BIO) in a small town South of France called Lasalle, nested in the valley of some beautiful mountain landscape. It's the middle of Autumn so we're surrounded by red, orange, yellow and lots of chataigne (chestnuts)!
Here they grow everything you can think of, and they raise sheep, I don't knox exactly how many sheep they have but it's enough to produce 4 tonnes of shit every 2 months. The owners of the farm are very environmentally friendly living an organic lifestyle as much as they can. I hope to be more organic when I return home.
