Arrived in St Jean pied de port

After a long day of travel flight, bus, train to Bayonne on train kicked off train on bus to st Jean we arrived half an early and began reassembling the bikes. Phew all ok. Cycled 800m to the hostel and checked into a twin room overlooking the village, all good so far. We've booked a6.30 breakfast and plan to begin the ascent at 7am
