This weekend we had a lot of free time, which was a nice break from our busy schedule. We started off Saturday morning with our last game against a Danish team and went to watch the boys play afterwards. We spent most of the afternoon in a Hummel store in downtown Arhus where many of us bought handball gear. We then all went for ice cream before heading back to the academy for swimming. After dinner we wandered downtown again where there was a music festival going on, but this time with the boys' team and also the ATHF players that are living in Denmark. We broke off into groups to explore for two hours and then met up at a fountain in the middle of the town by a clock tower where we found to our surprise that someone had poured soap into the water which then became extremely bubbly and foamy. We took this as an invitation to cover each other in bubbles, and many festival goers came to join in the fun. An unknown cameraman captured the moment on tape to share on the news. We all returned home by bus and then sat around and talked for
the rest of the evening.On Sunday morning we watched the u16 team play a Danish team. We had two practices to prepare for the arrival of the Great Britain teams, and we hung out around the academy for the rest of the afternoon. The highlight of the afternoon was a very intense match of tennis between Mike Nahmiash and Dusan Kristic on the Skovbakken courts. Dusan fought hard to score a few points but ultimately lost 6- 0, and 6-0 and lost $100. It was very entertaining to watch. Love,<br style="color: font-family: Helvetica; font-size: medium;

It was nice to have free time. On Sunday, we had a game bright and early (at 10am) against a pretty sick Danish team. Surprisingly but not, our team was able to compete with them and only lost by 7 After our game, we had some down time so we took it upon ourselves to have some team
bonding. We crammed all of our U-16 team into a tiny room and literally talked for hours. We could tell you about our conversation but we think the team would agree its better left unsaid. Haha. Later we had a short practice, which was followed by even more team bonding which was in our opinion, wonderful. After all of that, some of us were feeling like real celebrities because we got a call from St. Paul news paper for an interview asking us about our trip! Don't worry, we will all be taking autographs when we get back! The last few days of our trip a coming up can't wait to go to Copenhagen, not gonna lie feeling a bit home sick, but that's okay because this trip rocks! Lots and lots of love,Seleena and BayleeSent from my iPad
