Hurray the Weather is 30 degrees here this week - otherwise its like home in summer, but it was cool the Irish people have a great balcony & are our neighbours so spent about 9 hours sitting out & drinking on Saturday. Otherwise June was all work & all world cup. Work was mad as we had a 'go-live' (i.e. loads new software in production) but at least I can get massages in work regularly (a physio comes in - lovely girl called Eva ). Have been for a few pedicures, hot stone massages, wraps etc. in the local 5 star hotel too - mainly cause they can talk english & take international credit cards. The have the 'dkk card' here that's like our laser only it's attached to the visa card & not the banklink card, so bizarrely they can't always take my Irish visa - bank fees are high here so can't be bothered opening a danish bank ac.

Oh I have been learning Danish (which I actually needed the CPR no. for) for last 6 weeks & go on for another 4 anyway - apparently it takes 15-18 months but I will be long gone, shoudda started earlier, do'h. Pronunciation is sooo hard but sure it's interesting & the people in the class are ok.
