We left Tallinn by bus, after a quick detour to the airport when the taxi driver took us to the wrong place. The trip to Riga was smooth and comfortable – flat for kilometre after kilometre. Forests, farms and puddles where the spring melt had not yet dissipated.

Great to read the latest news - what experiences! Couldn't help but compare some of the experiences especially the concentration camps details after we had so recently visited Israel and the holocaust museum. We gathered that the persecutions started well before WW 11 but and it does make you question human beings??? Keep it coming.
