Woke again to rain. After breakfast in the hotel, we went to the hospital to see if we could get Kyla's left arm looked at, as it has been painful, and her hand is getting numb. Everyone was very helpful, but she finally decided it was likely to be a very long wait (every waiting room was full), so we walked back to the hotel.

The afternoon was spent in old town Split. We had lunch at a nice little café, then wandered around the small streets. The harbor was lovely to look at but had a bit of a sulfur-y smell, so we didn't linger. We also visited the main ticketed sites (cathedral, baptistery/temple of Jupiter, crypt, and bell tower). The view from the bell tower was awesome.

Returned to the hotel for drinks and to sit in the very tepid-at-best hot tub. Fortunately, they also have a sauna, so we could warm up. The view of the harbor at golden hour was quite nice. Walked back to the city for dinner at a small patio restaurant in the center of old town. Food was fine; had an "autochthonic" wine. Walked back to the hotel to watch the second half of Puma Man then to bed.
