This day we took a bus to Hallstatt and Gmunden which are about an hour and a half away from Linz, pretty close to Salzburg. But the weather was amazing and we got some really good pictures and looked around. Hallstatt is a big vacation spot because it's right on the lake and so pretty but you can't tell that's it's touristy at all. They said you can't buy a house there even if you wanted to pay an arm and a leg just because everyone likes to keep their house in the family because it's such a popular spot. Then we went to this other town called Gmunden on our way back where there was another lake and they gave us a couple hours to explore and we found these boats that you can rent. So we rented one and Mike the canadian drove ours and did a horrible job. He hit the dock when we took the boat back. But no damage so it's all good. It was a lot of fun besides the fact that when i sat down to take a picture with kevin in front of the lake i sat in goose poop. hahaha. oh well.
