At the Pirate Bar.. Coldest Beer in Town
If there is one thing Sarah and I do really well together it would be to do nothing, thus off to the beach. Jampan (water taxi folks) brought us down to Red Frog Beach on the Isla de Bastimentos. I had visited before with the gang but it was a must to bring my lovely wife there since she is a beach kind of girl. When we arrived we had the whole beach to ourselves minus the bartender serving out of the tiki hut. The surf was fairly rough and Sarah went in the water with her sunglasses and they are now forever lost to the Panamanians that find them (I think she just wanted new ones so what better way to convince me she needs a pair).

Quite a few trips to the Pickled Parrot were made along with a few great dinners out. Sarah found the largest Scorpion I have ever seen in our house. It was bigger than my hand, the gardener was there and was quite shocked by its size as well, this did not stop him from chopping the end of the tail up and picking it up. I think he will use it for

Sarah with the infamous Red Frog. This pic cost me a buck

We are both pretty well bit up so we have decided to high tail it out of this place. We are heading for Boquete on the other side of the Mountains.

Pet frog?
Hey Andy, Can you keep the frog in a jar? Very cute! Your rental place looks great. All in all sounds like you are having a wonderful time. Is Sarah working on the Visa cards? Mom
