We had a great day in Jamaica. Byron P. from Tours by Locals met us at the dock. We drove first to Dunn's Rivers Falls, which was pretty but a tourist nightmare. Then we drove to the Blue Hole – a series of small and one large waterfall. There, we were led through a series of jumps and pool swims, which was a lot of fun. On our way home, we stopped for jerk chicken (and pork, and something called, "Festival," which is a fried dough) at the Ultimate Jerk. Delicious! On the hole, I was surprised by how comfortable Jamaica seemed. Limited number of buildings and homes with heavy iron bars or razor wire/broken bottles on the walls. A new road, built for when Jamaica hosted the World Cup of Cricket. Back on board. Dinner. Then Paul, Keegan, and I watched an MST3K – Gor II. It was horrible – a Spaghetti Sci Fi, if there is such a thing. We laughed. To bed.
