Mendoza and Santiago Hi! My husband and I are looking to travel to Mendoza during Christmas this year. Fly in on the 25th and out the 29th. Any recommendations on what was open on the 25th? Did you like Mendoza or Santiago more? How many days would you suggest for both cities?
Thank you in advance!
Mendoza/Santiago Personally I would prefer to spend Christmas in mendonza than Santiago. It’s smaller but there lots of activities you can book to do. 2-3 days in each is plenty. Enjoy yourselves

Salvador sounds a pretty scarey place, pleased you weren't there for a long stay and what a shame you had rain in Olinda, but nice to be getting quieter without too many tourists !!!! You do seem to be sampling lots of different dishes !!!!
Fabulous time Hi Girls Well on reading this blog I felt that I was there with you not that I would have enjoyed the motor taxis!!!! Superb blog and photos xxxx
Postcard arrived Hiya,
Your postcard finally arrived. Thanks! Only took about two months ;-)
I was watching the film 'Motorcycle diaries' at the weekend and thought of you two.

Hi ladies, sounds like you had a fantastic time - your photos are amazing! Not sure about the choppy sea though -rather you than me! I'm sure your new jackets will come in very useful in Cyprus ;-) Kate.xx
Happy Birthday!! Happy Birthday, Kate!!!!! What a wonderful birthday you had! By the way, I'm such a analog person. This is the first time for me to write a comment on any blog. Can I use this space to send a message to Kate's mom and dad??? "Hi Kate's mom and dad, this is Yasue! I hope you are doing well!!! I would like to visit you in the near future again. I miss you!" It's very exciting to think that your mom and dad might notice my comment. "Hello! Hello!"
Happy birthday to you!!!!!! Sorry we forgot your birthday Kate! Are you going to be like the queen in future and have two birthdays then? What a fantastic place the Antarctic looks and what a fab time you had there. At least you will be feeling warmer the further north you go and will be able to shed a few layers along the way! Big hugs all round xxxxxx
