D113 - I don't think so Hiya - I was really encouraged by your thoughts on Motorhoming Europe ........ until I read your blog on the D113 ....... Thanks a lot !!!! ;-)
D113 Hi Nick
The trick to avoid roads like the D113 would be to get a GFS that takes account of the size of the vehicle. Unfortunately our old GPS does not - but I dont worry too much as I am always looking for a bi of material to write about.
Cheers
Vince
All previous entries Loving all your pics and coments , glad you were not in Nice on that horrible day, going away up north for 7 weeks hopefully will be able to get wifi in some parts, look forward to more pics, take care j & j xx
French Riveria , Ventimiglia Try eating there very expensive as we found out and its really interesting watching all the rich people , we didn't find many Italian people that weren't rude . Enjoying your blogs Van very interesting reads. Enjoy and stay safe
Cote D Azur & Nice We have experienced those roads with a French man driving (Virginie's brother) very scary, after 3 days we got use to going through traffic lights on Red, going round hairpin bends up to his house in the mountains above Nice, wonderful scenes. We are envious would love to do what your doing, enjoy
Sounds Great Hello travellers. It all sounds great what you are experiencing. Vince, you explain your travels so well and create a picture for me that I wish I was there. Loved the description of Napoleon's relative.I remember Corsica. Such a wonderful place. Yes they kiss five time. It took me by surprise too. The homework for this weeks class paper has a choice of two. One I think will suits you very well. I'd like you to have a go. It's the perfect homework for you. Anna has now gone on her travels to Europe. She took possession of her book from the publishers before she went. Our class is small without you and Anna. I enjoy reading your blogs even though I may not reply each time. It's very grey and overcast today. The heavy rain hasn't happened. Maybe later. Bye for now, Christine.
Friday Fete and James Want a wonderful place and the people seem so nice and friendly. I'm glad that James is now working for you. I love the way you write, very descriptive and funny.
