'bout time Apparently you forgot how to OPERATE a keyboard too...
see you soon buddy! party time - excellent
ps - we have a new roomate for the summer - but she stays in my room ;)
You're coming back!! Hey--so, you'll be back the 28th, but then you're leaving again on like the 2nd or 3rd??? You're barely even giving me and Michael a chance to get down to the Woodlands and see you! Let me know exactly when you're leaving so we can try to be there before you disappear again! Welcome back to the States!
Yo Paulsen,
Guess I'll have to make Tim buy his own harness/ATC now that you'll be back...Thanks. Time to get your climb on now that you finally have some sweet shades and a tail on your hat. See you in the Fort.
Donde esta Pablo? Hola mi amigo! So i see the trips winding down and you'll be back in the Woods for a while hopefully, I cant wait to see the rest of those pics man. You better hit me up when you get in town so we can pound down some good ole' fashion Texas beer and I wanna hear some crocodile hunter like stories of your adventure. Oh, If you can't get a hold of me Its because I may be out in the Gulf drilling holes looking for black gold. Well, best of luck mate.
See ya soon,
Stevo
Hey Paul! It's good to hear that you are safe and still having a rockin time! I miss you but I am glad you are having fun. Lots has changed in my life since I last saw you but we can catch up when you get back! Love the pretty skirt =)

didnt even KNOW you were in africa so i ran into your mom and dad today at church and had NO clue you were in africa. absolutely awesome man, i am utterly jealous of you right now. i'm sure you are loving it out there even though UAE is making you all move to a new location rather quickly. hope to read more of your adventures soon, things back here in college station are somewhat uneventful (with school, work, etc) so be sure to post a lot brother.
Hey if you like it out there you would love Lubbock, TX. Hahaha, you know as well as I do you are in paradise and I am in po-dunk town. I have one more year till I graduate. I am visiting Denver on July 4th, maybe you will be back by then. Let me know.
But hey, that is quite an experience you are having; Soak it up while it lasts.
Take care, Eddie Valls
paul markey!!!!!!!!! hey stranger,
long time no see, would love to hear about your travels and catch up if possible. my e-mail is AROCK84@MSN.COM. keep me posted!
much love,

hey buddy Not much to report here, just busy with school and trying to find a job. I will be in Texas the day after graduation for an interview, and then I have no clue what I will be doing. Refusing to become a bum though. That sucks that UAE purchased your island, they are slowing taking over that whole segment it seems. I am sorry I am a boring friend. I got nothing but will report ASAP. Miss you buddy, Steve
Im Sorry That is really terrible to hear what they are going to do to your base. It really disapoints me. I am looking foreward to seeing you when you get back. Which is? Stay safe have fun and I'll see you soon

Life in Texas Hi Paul,
We miss you too, and are looking forward to your return. Although life in Texas is not as adventurous as in Seychelles, it keeps my blood pressure down and my heart beating at a normal pace -- at my age that is important. Hopefully, you used a zoom to get that Croc picture! Be safe! Love, Margaret
thats gonna be a good one! hey brother, those are some awesome photographs!... national geographic quality. I hope you are still having fun, and handling the new group well. Im doin alright, i recently got a 95 on my calc 3 exam but unfortuantely finals are already right around the corner. I've been trout fishing one or two times this spring, but no luck... you gotta get back so you can show me some good spots! I've got some new music waiting for your return... a couple sweet zappa live albums( the 3 disk "shut up and play yer guitar" set is my fave... Frank can wail!hah), and i got a live ween dvd you gotta see! Anyways, im about to head to class so i'll talk at you later. miss you, take care!
DAMN MONKEY! haha That is soo awesome Paul it looks like something off of Animal Planet! Hey...you should get a job on there! hahaha Talk to you soon!

Breathing Easier--I think Hi Paul,
It is great that you are back from Kenya, and very happy that the lions chose the water buffalo rather than any nearby humans for their meal. Although, your Mom and I are a little concerned that you are calling seychelles "home." We are looking forward to your return home to the US in June! Not a lot happening around here.....just the usual.....hiking over Mount Woodlands Parkway on my daily quest to explore and study human nature!
love,
Margaret
those pictures are awesome.im so glad your having fun, but a little jealous that im also not there.well sir keep having fun and put more pictures on here and call me when you get home
those pictures are awesome.im so glad your having fun but a little jealous that im not there.well keep having a good time and call me when you get back
So Seychelle's home now?! You tricked me for a second there--I thought you might actually be in the States again! Your pictures are unbelievable man! I can see why you don't wanna come back. Sorry I never respond, my school crap is crazy right now since I graduate in one month and two days!!! We all miss you man, but definitely don't come back on our account! Keep taking kick ass pictures and if you never come back we'll just have to hunt down our favorite world traveler someday! Seriously though, thanks for all the postings...gives me something better than Faulkner to look at!
amazing photos Paul, maybe you should consider a future with National Geographic as a photographer! Those photos are beautiful! Glad you made it back "home" safely after an amazing time in Kenya. We've been praying for you.
Breathing easier again Hi Paul,
Your safari adventure sounds incredible even to me. However, I much prefer to see it through your eyes, so I will enjoy the pics that you post. Also, it is a relief to know that you are spending your last week in Africa on the beach rather than on the side of a mountain (I think....). I was at your parent's house tonight (your Mom and I had a hair appointment). We watched American Idol -- I can't believe I have been following that show this season--note the term following, not addicted. I guess my somewhat neutral/negative thoughts about that type of reality show is waning. As you can see, life here is still very, very exciting. It is difficult to understand why you chose to go across the globe for 20 weeks. Take care. Love, Margaret
