Hanami Japan

This will be our first group international trip with our friends, and we're headed headed to Japan during the major hanami season- cherry blossoms! We'll be backpacking via train for 10 days from Tokyo to Kyoto, with a couple stops in the Japan Alps. Here's a small break up for our itinerary:
-Tokyo: Tsukiji fish market, Cherry blossoms (hanami party?!!), Robot Cafe, Akhibara, Golden Gai, etc.
-Takaragawa onsen in Gunma prefecture- our first rotemburo
-Takayama and a visit to Shirakawago village
-Shibu Onsen town for two nights in a Ryokan and visiting the Snow Monkeys
-Biking around Kyoto, and possibly dressing up in kimonos
