Geo: 22.33, 114.18Wong Tai SinWinnie's relatives took us there. Really quiet and spiritual place. The architecture is fantastic. We went during a quiet period, so I imagine it to be very busy during festivals like Chinese New Year. In the temple, there are waterways in which live turtles and fish. Ngong Ping 360 / Lantau IslandNgong Ping 360 is quite impressive. A 20 minute cable car ride that takes you to the top of Lantau Island where the big statue of Buddha lives. Unfortunately, we didn't pick the best day to go. It was raining and the trip to Lantau Island was cold, windy and damn scary with the cable car shaking! Visibility was zero. From the airport, we were transferred to our hotel in Mong Kok, the Metro Inn hotel. Because we were the hotel furthest from the airport, we were dropped off last!
