Yay I helped!! Yay! I'm so glad the big bag-o-stuff helped!! And for the record Katie, I tried to buy sunblock to put in the bag but Leah said it was silly.
Poop Because I know when I think of chocolate I think of animatronic cow asses. Glad to hear you made it to destination 1 safe and sound. It looks like day two should be a little easier of a drive.
Congrats! Congrats on making it through your first day!! I was unaware that a blog had been made until last night, at which point I was too preoccupied and tired to check it out. But it gave me something to do during the day today at work since I don't really do anything. Glad to hear you guys are having fun and can't wait for the next installment!
Was that Willie Nelson we just passed?????? Sounds like you are going the northern route. Make sure you have Black Eyed Peas once you cross the MD line. Its good luck! Safe journey folks. Enjoy the ride.
I-81 Seth and I drove to Tennessee earlier this year, and we were on I-81 for 547 miles. It IS boring, but once you get into the midwest, the speed limit bumps up to 70 mph, so it goes faster. They did that so you wouldn't kill yourself of boredom. Safe driving!
Printing things out Hi Ho Travellers -
Pretty funny the comments on the BLOGG. I may never be able to watch TV again here (tech overload!) but I am chuckling about your comments and will print them out for Nanny so she can read them too.
Love Ya!
more tech I bet your camera does video ...or perhaps your phone...let's see that dancing (waving) and hear that sining...or at least the giggles.
Love Ya
No Barbeque sauce? Hey they had the sauce when we were there...perhaps they thought it might hurt all those wires and things.
Have a great adventure...
Love Ya!
Glad you made it Sounds like a fun time!
Always wanted to go to Hershey.
Can you tour the real factory? Do they give out samples?
To they serve somores?
Love Ya! Keep on singing!!!
Waffle House Hey nothing but the best...Does Fidelity know they are paying for such high end foods?
It would be easier to take a picture if the sign if you stopped each time and took a picture next to it - then change drivers...new fun game!!! just watch those passing trucks!
Keep on blogging! Love Ya!
Giggling too Not sure which is funnier - your commentary or the pictures as you go.
Katie don't stop taking the pictures - they are great!!!!
So how big will that ticket be for EZ pass?
Love Ya!
So the NYC thing... I bet it would have been less traffic (but not less fun) going around NYC...oh well
You guys are being high tech...blogging as you go.
Seen any interesting license plates?
Love Ya
Glad you stopped... Glad you stopped before you tried to add a message. The map was a really cool idea. I will try and get Nanny online so she can read this as you go.
Take care of each other.
Uncle John's Band Well, the first days are the hardest days,
don't you worry anymore ...
think this through with me,
let me know you're mine
whoa-ho all I want to know is
are you kind?
Yes, those were good days. For the record, DJ and never saw the Dead proper, but we got as close as we possibly could and a had a great time. I hadn't thought of those shows in a long time. And the one at the Orpheum was a great one -- we were right up front and center!
oh-ho, where does the time go?
Thanks, DJ. xoxo
Hello friends Hello travelers. I wish I had something more exciting to say than that, but I am glad you're updating. Not fifteen minutes ago, I said to Seth and Rob, "I wonder how DJ's doing." Not to exclude Katie or anything. I am, of course, concerned about you too, Katie. But now I know how you're doing. Whenever you see a "Q" do you want to play the alphabet game really quickly so that you can use that Q? I do. You should play. Love!
You are so welcome... it's the least I could do. Plus, this? Unbelievable idea! This will make my week so much better. I bet as I type this, you'll be arriving in Hershey!
Im sorry I almost killed you guys O:), buttt I am glad you enjoyed my CD, me and megsy worked hard on it, it could have ended up being like 3 CD's, it was hard for me to narrow it down. Keep blogging, its fun to read, and continue to have fun and drive safe!
Road Cam I bet DJ's phone has video abilities.... I firmly believe there is no limit to the technological abilities of DJ-gadgets. I want him to be the dude in the van with the three laptops when I go on my heist.
This mission began early in 2007 when DJ learned that he could be transfered to Texas. After deciding to go to Texas, DJ asked Katie, his younger sister, to make
the journey with him by car. Why have your company ship your car when you can have a company sponsored road trip?!
Origin: Londonderry, NH
Final Destination: Lewisville, TX
