Thank you very much , Cristi Serban!
I' m really fascinated by this island that i'm starting to feel mine after a week of reading about it. It is something bigger than the thinking. I I want to have the possibilty of sharing my feeling and my findings with people who look at TDC as the beginning of everything. Love u
Interesting I just read about this place for the very first time online. It is quite an amazing island. Thank you for sharing! Greetings from Los Angeles.
Great Photos So interesting to see photos of places one only he they can visit. Lybia and many other countries have places that though obscure are fascinating to me: I wonder if I will ever be able to travel the uncommon destinations.
Thank you
Interesting My son is Richard Hagan - decendant of the Hagan's of Tristan. His father's grandfather was born on the island. I am looking for some history and links. My son's grandfather was William, he had a brother Sidney and a sister Theresa.
Contrast in culture with high tech beer bottle and low tech countryside It was interesting to see the contrast in culture with the high tech beer bottle (which is very cool!) with the low-tech, simple countryside with the "wishing wells", dirt road, fields of wildflowers and people selling their produce at the side of the road.
Greeting From St Helena Hi Rick
My Name is Fiona Rogers and i am Julia Hagan's sister.I don't know if you remember us.My husband Dave was doing a tour of duty as Police Chief on Tristan whiles you where there. We are now back on St Helena now and really enjoy looking at this site with all the lovely photo's of Home.
Advice for Delhi, Agra, Jaipur The only advice I would have is to go there.
The area is amazing. As to a tour or on your own, this comes down to time and your patience threshold. If your patience/comfort level is normal, you should consider a tour which would take care many agrivating details. If you can smile at delays, haggle with taxis, and do not have a rigid schedule you could try the 'on your own' approach.
I look forward to reading your blog.
Rick
Advice for Delhi, Agra, Jaipur Greetings,
Your photos are fabulous. I will be traveling the triangle in a few weeks. Do you have any advice for places to see , tours, etc. I found a travel company that offers a five day tour, but didn't know if it would be too touristy versus a more "on my own" approach. Any advice would be key. Thank you
Cheers

Doors, eh? So Rick, you've got a thing for doors, eh? What could that be all about? Is there a door that you opened in your past, that you shouldn't have. Have doors been slammed in your face? Perhaps we should discuss at some time...over a beer!
