MINE MINE MINE. The best part of the day had to be the three people dressed up as seagulls in Darling Harbor. Head to tow with orange legs, webbed feet and long beaks included. They flapped, they squaked, they followed people around going “Mine! Mine! Mine mine mine,” sneaking up behind people, leaning over rails into the cafes to steal people’s food and sticking their beaks in people’s bags, ears and chests. Brilliant. Other sights worth noting include the car show along the Royal Botanic Gardens, Hyde Park, Darling Harbour, the Rocks and the incredible two ferry rides to and from Sydney from and to Manly. On this part of the trip we caught site of the yacht regatta, the fire department waterworks show, the air force fighter plane fly-byes and the 20 or so hellicopters
