http://www.bantayan-island.net/ This Bantayan island is one of my visit list in my dream, in Indonesia its just like Bali. I want to surf, dive, and swim in its beach.. Its look so clean and clear water.. its look fresh and cool water. It remembered me when i visit this website http://www.bantayan-island.net/ there are complete post and photograph of this island.
The view and space in this island is heavens like, set free our depressing mind, wash our soul with its fresh air. Wow i imagine how if i could stay there for long time and enjoying the panoramic of the beach every morning when i open my eyes, there are only blue and clear water in front of me.
"Sayang" I am an ilocano from La Union now resideing in Las Vegas, Nevada. After reading this article, I knew I have missed something so near yet so far away. "Sayang", I was not able to visit Vigan when I was still in La Union. "Sayang", I was not able to see the beautiful places that were portrait in this article and "sayang" that I believed during those years when I was in La Union, that Vigan was a no mans land, and notorious political killings occurred. "Sayang" that I was so afraid to visit such a beautiful place then. Surely, i will go visit this place in my next balik-bayan trip nbo matter what. A full blooded Ilocano should visit this place and hopefully I still have the time to do so. Thanks

http://www.travelwanderers.com I couldn't agree more guys... Ilocos Norte is really a promising place when it comes to tourist. It has a lot to offer. Ilocos Norte has its very own tourist spots when it comes to historical, cultural, natural, religious and man-made tourist attractions.
On the Paciifc Oc. side Ever since migrating in a foreign land ie. North America (Calif. where i reside)and Australia traveling most countries in South America close to the ocean Atlantic and Pacific (beaches) Rio del JAneiro in Brasil, Buenos Aires in Argentina, Guayaquil in Ecuador, Panama City in Panama, Cabo San Lucas in Mexico... Baler Phils never slips on my mind which lies on the Pacific Ocean side. Sure it mus be fun to see this interesting place and will consider it my next itenerary beside Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte comes March 2011. Well said and thanks for the blogs.
Worth a return visit I was in Vigan on September 11 - 13. I'ts a mix of the old the the new - new buildings in contrast to the spanish era houses along the cobblestone street, pollution free and relaxed calesa ride as opposed to the nerve-wracking speed and noise of tricycles. For me, the place is worth a return visit sometime in the future. And it's not a bad idea to tag relative and friends along to experience the sights and sounds of Vigan.

Ohh nice place. I can\\ Thanks for the uploaded pix. we have now the ideas to where we're going.hehe
actually, i've been there for so many times na. but this will be the first time of my gf to be there.
i'm greatly sure that she will like the place and the nicest beaches there. i like also the seafoods there(danggit, pusit, tocino and etc.)
cottages are not so expensive, people there were so hospitable and i should say the best place to relax and forget your work first.hehehe
hope we enjoy our few days of stay there next month...
