Three Weeks in Vietnam During my travels I came to learn that few countries have undergone so many political and economic changes over such a short time as Vietnam. Less than forty years since the savagery and slaughter of the American War but It is a quickly growing country with new roads, hotels and businesses every year saying goodbye to the old-style Communist system giving way to a socialist market economy. The number of tourists visiting the country has soared in the past decade and is slowly beginning to wear away the authentic experience with a tailor made one; I visited the places untouched by tourists and the places catered to tourists needs during my three weeks, both sides full of history and natural beauty, starting in Hanoi and finishing down south in Ho Chi Minh.
