out of the box Santa Clause as a phenomena or Santa Clause InCarnate? anyway, if there are all these people around that need help and they are so willing to let you help them, why do not the people help themselves? Also, have you broken any laws? Would you be caned? Is it still an Eeeh for an Eeeh over there? are the laws of the state considered to be the laws of The Gods because of the caste system? Is the Red Love a caste? take some pictures of leprosy. - John Stone

splee Jason and Bean,
I miss you guys and it sounds as though you all may never return. A good reason to come to India then we could start the red Love commune there. Tell me something of the spirit of the people. Have you spoken with any Buddhists, is their dispostion any different from that of the swamis you have talked to? Keep having fun and teach the Indian children to chant EEEEEH!!!
-Chadwyq
Keep sending the journals. Love reading them and see what you two are doing. When I read the one about you two dancing I could see it from here. Did you teach them your red love dance moves? Be safe and have fun and can't wait to hear from you again soon. Ellen - Auntie Ellen

Sounds like your trip has been an awesome experience. Evertyhing your doing seems like it has been planned ahead of time, but magically falling into place as you go. I just caught up to your last journal entry. I can't wait to see your pictures. By the way, found a Buddha to bring home to your cousin-in-law. - Your cousin

How's the diarreaha Hey friends. glad to hear everything is going well! The US isn't the same without you. When will you all become yogis? Do you guys mostly stay in hotels or hostels or religious places? Keep writing. And Matt, if your wondering, India's time is approxiamtly 12 hours ahead of our time. - Emily
what time is it Bean and Jason I can't believe that you are in India. Have you seen any effects of the tsunami? If so bean should give some of his missions $ to help. - matt
Questions. Do the children of India have equivalents of Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and such?
If so, do they grow out of these touching beliefs at about the same age as us Anglo-Saxons? In your posts, moorepants, there has been an obvious prominence of religious leaning, have you noticed any sort of resentment towards science and reason, or do the two stand harmoniously astride a hashish smoking, sitar playing, taj mahal building elephant that is standing on one foot and has 4 too many arms? Also, have you noticed the role of social anxiety in the country? or perhaps there is less of the feeling of quiet desperation that dominates in the US? Sure there are shy people, but are there people who are nervous and stand back and have to persuade themselves to do the simplest things like ask to use the bathroom? Does everyone pee outside? Are there trained monkeys? Is there a trained monkey liberation movement? Have you attended and danced at a ceremonius abortion? - John S.
Mother Nature's Sons Just a quick hello to my friends. It is 2am here in the states so that means you all must be eating some lunch right about now. Your trip sounds wonderful please continue to update us on your journeys and perhaps visit some Buddhist temples if 'time' permits. Farewell!
Chad
E to India It sounds amazing there. 2 feet of snow in NYC. I met some skaters and went to there super secret underground layer skatepark with a huge bowl and miniramp in brooklyn. finally found a job. been haging out in loud japanese sake bars on st. marks place. made cotton candy the other night. i love you all. i had a dream last night that bean was a guru dressed up in robes with a shaved head. he chased all around my grandmothers yard because he liked my stick. eeeeeee - ADAM
Bryan Hey man sounds like you are both having a great time. I just flipped through all the happenings - no sleep, monkeys, afternoon tea, ganja, and snakes shake'n there money makers. Though I have never met Bean, I can see that we share the same fondness/amazement for the reptile rumba. I look forward to new postings and be wary of those who speak of Jose S. Linares. - Bryan
